	A300SD 50 x 38cm Ducted Extractor The A300S-D was primarily designed as a low cost yet robust introductory level extraction unit. The replaceable filter incorporates three graduated levels of particulate filtration and as the unit has a two metre flexible duct incorporated. A quiet, efficient centrifugal fan ensures adequate air flow through the filter and ducting, which can be temporarily or permanently vented through a window, door or wall. The unit is suitable for use with aerosol sprays, airbrushes, soldering irons and many other fume, vapour, gas and particulate extraction applications. Filters are 96% efficient in the removal of BS2831 test dust no. 2 which has a mass median of 5 microns. Aerosol and airbrush particle emissions all have a mass median particle size ranging from 10 to 20 microns. The unit also features sealed electrical circuits and double pole neon switch. Now with a carrying handle and quick release handwheels for easier filter replacement. A replaceable plastic correx sprayshield ensures maximum contaminant capture in use. The extractor can be used in two positions giving maximum versatility. When spraying 3D objects, for airbrush work or solder fume extraction the unit would be in the upright position, but for spraying artwork with adhesives and fixatives etc. the unit can be laid on its back. The filters should be replaced when the filter face is heavily coated and/or airflow drops significantly. Replacement filters and spray shield are available. The contaminant capture area is 560 mm wide x 390 mm high. Please note that extractor units are made to order and will arrive separately from your other goods. 	SolarEx A200T Air Filtration System With its quiet, powerful fans, the SolarEx A200T vastly reduces overspray mist and deposits in your airbrush studio/workplace. This recirculatory air filtration unit is ideal where space is constrained or where ventilation ducted to the exterior would be difficult. You can mount this system above your working area or simply stand in on the floor or near to your workspace. We use a very similar system and it is excellent for removing overspray in a small working area where you can't duct anything outside easily. Clean air is vented back into the room via the particulate filter which is a four stage, graduated fibre filter. The open structure of the first stage discourages surface loading and promotes depth filtration, ensuring a high particulate holding capacity and reducing resistance to airflow. The denser backing filter and final scrim material provides finer filtration to 5 micron. The denser final filtration stage absorbs moisture. Price: £440.63 ($858.46)
