Making A Purchase
Classes must be paid up in full 21 days before class date commences. If we hold a place for you under instruction via email, telephone or booking form and you cancel after this period lapses, your deposit/payment in full will not be refunded as we cannot fill your seat at such short notice.
Simply click the Book Now or Join Now button and we will then take some information from you which we need to process the order. If you wish to pay by Cheque or Postal Order then please write to us at our address below and make Cheques Payable To: Organic Image please. You can download a Booking Form from the website for sending bookings by post.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Maestro & Solo and now American Express too and your total security is guaranteed from PROTX. Organic Image, eej Curtis or none of it's representatives have access to your credit card details, these are taken securely by the SSL on-line service provider at PROTX and your security is gauranteed with the 3rd Man Secure credit card system, implemented now by the lkarge card vendors and banks.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping will be First Class Post or Standard Parcel Post in the UK & Air Mail Post for international orders.
Delivery Schedule
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Equipment sometimes has to be ordered-in from the USA but in every case, we endeavour to get the goods shipped out to you within 7-14 days.
Airbrush Classes are booked on-line (or by post using the form supplied on the site) and you will get a confirmation email securing your place for that particular date. Should there be a technical issue or a double-booking we will give the place on a first come first served basis. Anyone having double booked a place like this and cannot get in that class will be given the next available date.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Back Orders can sometimes take 2 weeks or more as some of our stock items are ordered in from the USA.
Tax Charges
VAT is Zero Rate as we are not VAT registered. International orders will also be exempt of Tax.

Returns Policy
Cancellation:
As a consumer, your rights are protected by the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. This means you can change your mind and cancel an order, without a reason, even after your order has been delivered.
If you decide to cancel, you should to do so within 7 working days - starting from the day after you recieve your order. This is called the "cooling-off" period.
You are responsible for charges incurred in returning the item to us. Goods should be returned in their original condition.
Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, e-mail address, order number and the reason for return and should be forwarded in the original packaging to our Customer Service Team at the address below.

Refunds:
Where you/we excercise your/our right cancel, payment will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
Faults and Errors:
If there is a fault with your product, or a product was delivered in error, you may return it to us within 10 days for a replacement or refund. In this situation we'll happily refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us.
If you have become a member to our digital downloads and tutorial part of the website then memberships cannot be cancelled after being in use for more than 24hrs. Due to the digital structure of the site and ability to download articles/tutorial/information and images a Membership is deemed 'in use' once any of our services have been put to use. This includes you or someone using your email address/membership login details downloading any data from the www.organicimage.com website. Refunds to memberships will not be given on this basis. Refunds for memberships will only be given if you (the member) ask within the first 24hrs of purchase.
This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.

Remittance Terms
All orders placed online must be paid for before we despatch your order. Customers paying by invoice must return payment within 30 days. Class Bookings paid by cheque via booking form must be paid at least 14 days prior to date of class/workshop.
