| Making A Purchase Classes must be paid up in full 21 days before class date commences. If we hold a place for you under instruction via email, telephone or booking form and you cancel after this period lapses, your deposit/payment in full will not be refunded as we cannot fill your seat at such short notice. | Delivery Schedule Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Equipment sometimes has to be ordered-in from the USA but in every case, we endeavour to get the goods shipped out to you within 7-14 days. Airbrush Classes are booked on-line (or by post using the form supplied on the site) and you will get a confirmation email securing your place for that particular date. Should there be a technical issue or a double-booking we will give the place on a first come first served basis. Anyone having double booked a place like this and cannot get in that class will be given the next available date. Cancellations and Postponements 1. For all classes including Masterclasses and The Airbrush & Kustom Experiences hosted with international and UK airbrush artists etc, ORGANIC IMAGE require payment in full to secure your place. 2. If ORGANIC IMAGE do not receive sufficient bookings, we may have to cancel or postpone the course. In these circumstances, ORGANIC IMAGE will give at least 10 working days notice of cancellation or postponement to allow students time to cancel accommodation and travel arrangements. In the case of one-off special event classes known as "Masterclasses & Airbrush & Kustom Experiences etc", postponement to new dates will not be possible unless otherwie stated near the time. 3. In the event of a course postponement, ORGANIC IMAGE will make every effort to arrange a new date that is convenient to the students. If the new date is not acceptable to the student, ORGANIC IMAGE will make a full refund. 4. If ORGANIC IMAGE cancel a course, with or without notice, due to circumstances outside our control, ORGANIC IMAGE will make a full refund of the course fees, but will not be liable for additional expenses, e.g. accommodation and travel, which will remain the responsibility of the student. 5. ORGANIC IMAGE will make every effort to ensure that the course runs on time. ORGANIC IMAGE cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances outside our control. 6. If a student cancels a place on a class the following applies: * For normal training classes - ORGANIC IMAGE will give a full refund if the student gives 10 working days notice of cancellation of their booking in writing. If the student cancels within less than 10 working days of the start of the course, it will be at the sole discretion of ORGANIC IMAGE whether or not to make a full or part refund. * For one-off special event "Masterclasses" - ORGANIC IMAGE will refund the course fee less the non-refundable deposit amount (if one has been paid). |

| Returns Policy Cancellation: As a consumer, your rights are protected by the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. This means you can change your mind and cancel an order, without a reason, even after your order has been delivered. If you decide to cancel, you should to do so within 7 working days - starting from the day after you recieve your order. This is called the "cooling-off" period. You are responsible for charges incurred in returning the item to us. Goods should be returned in their original condition.
